DZT DS: Transition Phase to ODTA DSs started

Finally, the new ODTA domain specifications are available as a DS list (https://semantify.it/list/CRkyvcqGqeUu) with the corresponding helper list (https://semantify.it/list/zzJXVYeukFkJ). This new list replaces the old, DZT-specific DS list (https://semantify.it/list/LRVOilZZ6). You can now begin replacing the domain specification URLs in the mappings (in the ds:compliesWith property) with the new ones and provide the extended data.

The old DS-list will be supported in the platform until all partners successfully updated their mappings.

Major changes

In a nutshell, the following things changed:

1. Types that are available in the ODTA DSs but not in the DZT DS

The following types now have specific properties for each type, which were previously not present in DZT DS, and are therefore newly defined as their own domain specifications. All of them include the properties of Place as well as some type-specific characteristics.

2. Types that are available in DZT but not in the ODTA

  • PointOfInterest: This type is now replaced by Place and its specific subtypes. Any subtype of Place can be used. If there is no specific DS for the subtype in ODTA, properties in the Place DS will be used.
  • City: Currently in RC status, not yet as DS in the ODTA
  • D-Routes: Not available in ODTA (can be represented as Trail)
  • FoodEstablishment: Currently in RC status, not yet as DS in the ODTA
  • Offer: ODTA Helper DS
  • Person: ODTA Helper DS
  • Story: Not available in the ODTA

3. New properties in the ODTA
