ODTA Wintersport Event Extension 2024/11/26

This update extends the odta:SportsEventEnumeration with winter sports event enumeration members.
After a request from users, the ODTA AG2 decided, in their meeting on November 20th, to extend the odta:SportsEventEnumeration with the following new Enumeration members:
- odta:AlpineSkiing
- odta:Biathlon
- odta:CrossCountrySkiing
- odta:SkiJumping
- odta:Wintersport
These changes affect the Event DS, they are minor and no-breaking, they therefore increase the DS lists version to 1.3.2.
